With a degree in Human Services and extensive experience in child care, my journey has been both fulfilling and transformative. While working in various child care centers during my college years, I discovered my true passion for this field. My career took a significant turn in 2007 when I became the assistant director at a center in Belleville. Observing the business in distress, I felt compelled to take over and revitalize it. In 2013, I proudly became the owner, dedicating nearly four years to turning the center around and witnessing the fruits of my labor. By 2021, I decided it was time for new adventures and sold the center to pursue my long-term goal: childcare mentoring and consulting. Now, my mission is to assist and support all businesses by helping them navigate the challenges and invest effectively in their businesses and roles. Time is a precious commodity, and through my guidance, I aim to help you reclaim some of it, allowing you to focus on what truly matters. Let me help you achieve the success you deserve.

I began my career in this industry while pursuing degrees in Family/Human Development and Early Childhood Education.
