Alyssa's Journey: From Childcare to Staff Recruitment

Alyssa, the founder, previously owned a childcare center that catered to around 100 children and employed 17 staff members in Belleville WI. She sold this center in 2021 and embarked on her next adventure: consulting and coaching other programs.

Her first client signed up for coaching but soon realized they needed more assistance with staff recruitment. Alyssa agreed to help, and within a month, both she and her client recognized the advantages of effective staff recruitment. This marked the inception of her staff recruitment service.

In 2023, Alyssa established Lakeview Recruiting and Consulting, a company dedicated to staff recruitment and retention consulting across various industries. At Lakeview, our mission is to assist you in finding the right staff while also providing guidance on retaining and attracting talent.

Alyssa has authored two books that she shares with her clients: one focuses on creating a work-life balance, and the other addresses strategies for retaining and attracting staff.
